This case study details the strategic transformation of Caitlin Kalinowski's public identity from a behind-the-scenes engineer at major technology companies to a recognized leader in ethical innovation. The objective was to elevate her voice in leadership, inclusion, and design ethics while positioning her as a changemaker in responsible AI and hardware innovation. The Anti-PR campaign developed by JOTO PR Disruptors focused on aligning her media narrative with her mission for ethical and inclusive technology. Over a period of one-and-a-half years, the campaign successfully delivered 16 high-impact media placements that reframed Kalinowski as a powerhouse of ethical innovation. The strategy included integrated messaging that aligned public perception with her mission, publicity-driven thought leadership, social media amplification, and the creation of video PR assets to enhance her connection with the audience. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach to personal branding in technology leadership.
