This case study outlines the challenges faced by an apparel retailer experiencing declining online conversion rates and stagnant in-store traffic. The retailer identified issues related to inconsistent brand messaging, fulfillment frustrations, and a lack of centralized customer journey insights. To address these problems, they implemented JourneyTrack, a platform designed to capture omnichannel customer journeys by integrating behavioral data, customer feedback, and employee insights. The findings indicated that customers often abandoned purchases due to unmet delivery promises and unclear return processes. JourneyTrack facilitated alignment among marketing, merchandising, and operations teams, leading to improved communication and operational efficiency. The results included a 19% increase in online cart-to-purchase conversion and a 14% increase in repeat purchases within 60 days. The retailer achieved greater consistency across channels, enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty through proactive experience design.
