This case study outlines the challenges faced by a health services company in delivering a unified operations center for a state government contract. The lengthy bidding process and lack of project management expertise posed significant risks to the project's success. To address these challenges, the company partnered with Judge Consulting, which took the lead in managing the bid response and establishing a Project Management Office (PMO).
