Future Academies Case Study on Sisra Analytics

This case study details Future Academies' implementation of Sisra Analytics as their assessment analytics solution for the 22/23 academic year. Led by Head of Data and Analytics Steve Calton and Trust Data Manager Alex Johnston, the transition to Sisra Analytics was aimed at enhancing trust-wide data analysis capabilities. Initially focused on Key Stage 4 data, the platform's use expanded to encompass all year groups, enabling comprehensive tracking of student progress across multiple schools. The case study outlines how senior leadership teams utilized the analytics functions to create intervention groups for underperforming students, thereby making informed decisions to improve educational outcomes. Future Academies also plans to standardize Key Stage 3 data within Sisra Analytics, facilitating better comparisons of progress data across schools. The Juniper Insights MAT Dashboard is highlighted for its ability to visualize key performance indicators, aiding in the efficient assessment of trust performance. The case study concludes with a commitment to evaluate the impact of Sisra Analytics on student progress outcomes following the results day.
