Collaboration of Companies Supporting NHS GP Practices

This case study details the collaborative efforts of Kerv Consult, Hive HR Solutions, and Qualitas Consortium in response to an urgent request from NHS England. The objective was to significantly increase the delivery capacity of the Accelerate development programme for GP practices in England within a tight three-month timeframe. The project, referred to as the R100 project, involved scaling up the delivery team and mobilizing resources to support approximately 100 additional GP practices. The document outlines the challenges faced, including the need for rapid recruitment and effective project management. It describes how the organizations worked together to optimize processes and maintain quality while meeting aggressive timelines. The case study highlights the successful outcomes of the project, including the ability of Qualitas to grow its team and deliver the required training programs without compromising service quality.
