This case study outlines the partnership between the University of Wroclaw and Keystone Academic Solutions, initiated in 2010, aimed at increasing applications for English-language degrees. Over a decade, this collaboration has successfully contributed to over 8% of enrollments being sourced from Keystone. The promotion strategy encompasses a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including Law, International Relations, Sociology, and Science, showcased across Keystone's 420 multilingual websites. The user-friendly nature of these platforms facilitates student engagement, allowing prospective students to search for programs in their native language and easily contact the University’s International Office. In 2019, the University received interest from an average of over 200 students monthly, achieving a lead-to-application rate of 3.12%. This case study details how the University of Wroclaw has leveraged online promotion to enhance visibility and establish a cost-effective recruitment strategy.
