Integration Solution for Food Distribution Management

This document is a case study detailing the integration solution implemented by Vertical Lift for the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank. The integration utilized KingswaySoft’s SSIS Integration Toolkit to connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 with the food bank's customized ERP system. The objective was to automate data workflows and enhance data consistency, which were previously managed manually across multiple platforms. The integration solution was designed to run at three-minute intervals, ensuring that critical data such as partner records and delivery addresses remained accurate and up to date. The case study outlines the significant improvements in operational performance, including the ability to scale operations effectively and support a growing distributor network. Over two years, the system demonstrated reliability and stability, maintaining exceptional performance with no critical issues. This integration allowed the food bank to focus on its mission while improving overall efficiency in food distribution processes.
