Summary
This case study outlines the collaboration between Bravida, a technical service provider, and Kinly to transform Bravida's office space with a focus on sustainability. Bravida's objective is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045 and to assist its clients in similar efforts. The project involved careful consideration of room design, equipment, and workspace layout to enhance employee productivity while adhering to the United Nations Global Compact and OECD guidelines. A significant challenge was the installation of quality AV equipment that could be repurposed and recycled. The solution included the implementation of a standardized platform and user-friendly interface, along with the installation of advanced AV and collaboration technologies. The partnership with Cisco introduced the Lifecycle Pay model, which supports sustainable practices by facilitating the leasing and recycling of equipment. The results demonstrated a successful integration of technology that promotes a modern, collaborative workspace, aligning with Bravida's environmental goals.
