Establishing a Comprehensive Security Culture with KnowBe4

This case study outlines the efforts of a software manufacturer and SaaS provider to enhance its cybersecurity measures through the implementation of KnowBe4's security awareness training and simulated phishing tests. The organization, which operates globally with over 400 employees, faced a growing threat from phishing attacks, exacerbated by advancements in artificial intelligence.
