Hood College Cybersecurity Training Case Study

This case study outlines the cybersecurity training initiatives implemented at Hood College in response to increasing phishing threats targeting staff and students. The document details the collaboration with KnowBe4 to enhance security awareness among the college community. The training program aimed to reduce successful phishing attempts and involved a three-pronged approach: initial phishing campaigns to assess vulnerability, new hire training during onboarding, and ongoing training for existing staff.
