Well Pharmacy Implements KnowBe4 Prevent for Email Security

This case study details the implementation of KnowBe4 Prevent by Well Pharmacy, the largest independent pharmacy chain in the UK, to enhance email data loss prevention in Microsoft 365. The organization faced challenges related to human error in email communications, which posed risks to sensitive patient and corporate data. To address these risks, Well Pharmacy initiated a project to deploy a data loss prevention platform that could detect and mitigate potential security incidents. The platform utilizes machine learning to identify deviations in email behavior and provides real-time prompts to users, allowing them to correct mistakes before sending emails. Following a successful pilot program, the platform was rolled out to all office-based employees, resulting in increased efficiency and improved employee awareness regarding data security.
