Security Transfer Registrars Revenue Stream Development

This case study outlines the initiative taken by Security Transfer Registrars (STR) to develop a new revenue stream through the printing and dispatching of documents for clients. STR, a family-owned business providing share registry services, recognized the opportunity to extend its services by managing the printing of industry-compliant forms, such as Notice of Meeting booklets and proxy forms. To achieve this, STR invested in seven Konica Minolta printers, including the high-capacity bizhub PRESS 2250P, which offers high productivity and speed. The implementation of this printing solution has enabled STR to increase its overall revenue by approximately 20 percent and has positioned the company to efficiently manage client documentation while maintaining data integrity. The partnership with Konica Minolta not only provided the necessary equipment but also included support in locating additional machinery, resulting in significant cost savings for STR.
