This report presents the findings of a survey conducted among Canadians, Americans, and Mexicans regarding their awareness and engagement with the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup. The survey was conducted from March 13 to March 16, 2026, with a total of 3,253 respondents across the three countries. The methodology included an online survey with options for respondents to complete it in French, English, or Spanish. Key results indicate that awareness of the World Cup is highest in Mexico at 88%, followed by Canada at 69% and the United States at 57%. Support for hosting the World Cup is also notably strong, particularly in Mexico at 85%. Engagement levels are significantly higher in Mexico, where 67% of respondents indicated they would follow the tournament closely, compared to 27% in Canada and 26% in the U.S. The report details various aspects of public sentiment, including concerns about hosting and actions planned ahead of the event.
