One Post Office Square Security Installation Case Study

This case study details the security installation at One Post Office Square, a LEED Level 4 Gold Certified building located in Boston, Massachusetts. The objective was to replace the outdated access control system with a modern solution that supports mobile access and enhances tenant experience. Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) collaborated with Advanced Data Risk Management (ADRM) for the security assessment and BCM Controls for deployment. The solution involved the integration of the LenelS2 OnGuard security management platform with BlueDiamond mobile credentialing, allowing tenants to use their smartphones for access. The Cohesion app was implemented to streamline tenant interactions with building amenities and visitor management. The upgraded system provides a seamless security experience, enabling advanced monitoring and analytics for security personnel. The project has been recognized with the Elliot A. Boxerbaum Memorial Security Design Project of the Year Award, reflecting its innovative approach to security in commercial real estate.
