Implementation of People Analytics in Workforce Management

This technical report outlines the implementation of People Analytics within the Liaison Workforce framework. The report specifies that the system delivers out-of-the-box Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for different user types, with a total of 17 KPIs available for NHS Workforce. It describes the structure of 25 dashboards that group reporting areas by theme and work area, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the employee life cycle while maintaining data security. The report highlights the integration of multiple data sources, processing approximately 6,000 employee records monthly, and automating 95% of report production. Additionally, it notes significant improvements in report delivery times and reductions in recruitment costs and annual turnover rates.
