Léa Nature Supply Chain Optimization Case Study

This case study outlines the collaboration between Léa Nature and LPR - La Palette Rouge to optimize Léa Nature's supply chain while reducing its environmental impact. Léa Nature, a French company focused on organic products, faced challenges with its previous pallet exchange system, which led to logistical issues and increased costs.
