This document is a case study detailing how Central Methodist University (CMU) modernized its counselor fieldwork through the implementation of Experiential Learning Cloud. The Master of Science in Clinical Counseling program at CMU transitioned from traditional paper-based processes to a centralized digital platform, addressing the challenges of maintaining consistency and connectivity across multiple campuses. Prior to this transformation, the program faced significant inefficiencies due to fragmented manual systems that hindered accreditation efforts and student compliance. The Experiential Learning Cloud streamlined operations by centralizing communication, documentation, and student progress tracking. It allowed for the standardization of processes, improved administrative efficiency, and enhanced student support. Faculty and students now benefit from real-time data access, which facilitates early outreach for struggling students and improves retention rates. Overall, the transition to a digital infrastructure has resulted in a more connected and efficient counseling program, significantly reducing time spent on manual tasks and improving the overall student experience.
