This case study details how Azam Media, a leading digital satellite television service in East Africa, utilized Magnaquest’s SURE platform to enhance its subscription management capabilities. The document outlines the challenges faced by Azam Media, including the need for a flexible system to manage multi-country and multi-currency operations, as well as the requirement for role-based access for dealer management.
