This document is a case study detailing how Peipro.com, an outsource accounts receivable firm, enhanced its operational efficiency and cash flow for clients through the implementation of MassMailer. The firm faced challenges due to Salesforce limitations, which restricted their agents to sending only about 200 follow-up emails per day, resulting in inefficiencies in their collection processes. To address these issues, Peipro.com evaluated various email marketing solutions and selected MassMailer for its native integration with Salesforce, allowing for improved performance and the ability to send emails directly from custom objects.
