This report details the findings of a racial equity audit conducted by WilmerHale for Maximus, Inc., an administrator of government health and human services programs. The audit was initiated following a shareholder proposal that received majority support, aiming to analyze the company's impacts on nonwhite stakeholders and communities of color. The audit expanded its scope to include various internal and external aspects of the company's operations, including workplace policies, diversity initiatives, and government relations. The report outlines Maximus's efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within its workforce and the communities it serves.
