This technical report presents the results of a post-installation analysis conducted by SWARCO McCain and Clark Transportation Solutions in October 2022. The analysis utilized high-resolution Signal Performance Measures (SPM) data from the newly implemented MyCity Adaptive system. The findings indicate significant traffic improvements on Florence Boulevard and Peart Road, with notable enhancements in average arrivals on green performance and green time efficiency. Specifically, the average arrivals on green performance increased by 65.85% and 38.39%, while green time efficiency improved by 109.52% and 52.72%. The project aimed to modernize the traffic system in Casa Grande, Arizona, addressing the need for adaptive solutions at multiple locations. Key upgrades included traffic controllers, detection systems, and communication enhancements, all designed to support the city's rapid growth and improve throughput along critical corridors. The report outlines the objectives, challenges, solutions, and results of the implementation, emphasizing the importance of real-time traffic demand adjustments and performance analysis.
