Mediant Health Resources TriZetto QNXT System Assessment

This document is a case study detailing the engagement of Mediant Health Resources by a large prison healthcare provider in the United States. The objective was to analyze the provider's TriZetto® QNXT™ implementation and offer recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiencies. The healthcare provider, with over 35 years of experience, faced challenges due to the non-standard nature of correctional healthcare and the complexities introduced by numerous customizations in their system. Mediant Health Resources was tasked with assessing the custom claims system and identifying redundancies while proposing a streamlined architecture. The consultants, with extensive experience in TriZetto® QNXT™, quickly understood the existing architecture and delivered their assessment within a week. Their recommendations included plans to enhance the integration of the CARES system and optimize data administration processes. The project was completed ahead of schedule, showcasing Mediant's capability to provide effective solutions within the specified timeframe and budget.
