This case study details the partnership between the National House Building Council (NHBC) and Medius, focusing on the transformation of NHBC's procurement processes. Established in 1936, NHBC is a leading provider of warranty and insurance for new homes in the UK. The study outlines the challenges NHBC faced with outdated manual systems, which hindered effective tracking and sharing of supplier data. In 2016, NHBC implemented Medius to create an end-to-end system for sourcing, procurement, and supplier information management. The implementation led to significant improvements, including centralized supplier information, standardized onboarding, and automated contract reporting.
