European Utility Company Cybersecurity Case Study

This case study details the cybersecurity challenges faced by a major European utility company, particularly regarding file-borne threats from customer uploads. The company's web portal, essential for customer interaction, allowed the submission of various document types, which increased operational efficiency but also exposed the organization to significant cyber risks.
