Automation Delivery Centre Upgrade Using Robotics

This document is a technical report detailing the upgrade of a government department's Automation Delivery Centre (ADC) through the implementation of robotics. The upgrade aimed to achieve 50% efficiency gains and zero downtime, allowing staff to transition from manual processes to more customer-facing tasks.
