2023 Structured Settlements Poll Insights

Furthermore, attorneys frequently recommend that clients consult with tax attorneys, financial advisors, and structured settlement brokers to discuss their awards. The report also notes that 92% of attorneys would be more inclined to recommend structured settlements after reviewing hypothetical examples of potential tax benefits.
