This case study details the advertising campaign conducted by a major hardware brand targeting Hispanic males through out-of-home (OOH) ads. The objective was to assess the effectiveness of these ads in driving product sales and increasing foot traffic to retail locations. To gather insights, the brand utilized the Surveys On The Go® (SOTG) platform, which allowed for real-time consumer feedback. The study revealed that 54% of consumers recalled seeing the OOH ads, with a significant 34% increase in purchase intent and a 23% lift in perception of product quality among exposed panelists. Furthermore, the campaign resulted in a 157% increase in in-store visitation after consumers viewed the ads. The findings indicate that the OOH advertising strategy was effective in capturing attention and driving awareness, thereby validating the use of real-time consumer insights in measuring advertising success.
