This case study details the brand tracking efforts of Ritual Vitamins, focusing on the effectiveness of their Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaign. The objective was to measure the return on investment (ROI) of OOH media buys, specifically in terms of acquiring new customers and quantifying brand perception. MFour was selected as the research provider due to their validated Brand Lift Methodology. The study utilized MFour's Surveys on the Go® app to survey participants before and after exposure to the campaign. Results indicated an 85% increase in brand awareness and a 70% likeability rating among consumers exposed to the advertisements. The methodology included surveying subway riders in New York City and Los Angeles, with a focus on female participants aged 18 and older. Following the positive outcomes, Ritual has expanded its OOH advertising efforts and is exploring additional offline channels to further enhance brand awareness. The findings underscore the effectiveness of OOH advertising in driving key performance indicators for the brand.
