This case study outlines the partnership between Ed Voyles Auto Group and MiCamp Solutions aimed at modernizing payment systems across seven locations. The initiative was designed to create a recurring revenue stream for the Seminole Booster Club and FSU Athletics while providing operational upgrades and meaningful savings to donors. The previous payment system was outdated, relying on aging Dejavoo terminals that hindered efficient processing. By implementing new Dejavoo iPOS P1 terminals, the partnership streamlined payment processes into a unified ecosystem, enhancing operational efficiency. The results included $628,000 in annual processing savings and a $90,000 annual giveback to FSU Athletics and the Seminole Booster Club, all at no additional cost to donors. This collaboration not only modernized payment methods but also strengthened the relationship between the athletic department and its major donor partner, showcasing a sustainable model for donor engagement and support.
