This case study documents the digital transformation of Richmond Allergy & Asthma Specialists (RAAS) through the implementation of ModuleMD. Facing challenges from outdated, paper-based systems and increasing patient volumes, RAAS required an updated workflow to enhance efficiency and revenue. The partnership with ModuleMD, which specializes in allergy and immunology, led to significant improvements across various metrics. Following the transition, a measurable ROI was noted, highlighted by increased revenue performance and operational efficiencies. Key metrics such as the Clean Claim Rate (CCR) and Net Collection Rate (NCR) showed remarkable improvements, with CCR reaching 98% accuracy and NCR rising to 94% by August 2025. The study outlines how tailored technology and strategic support were utilized to replace traditional workflows, ultimately optimizing both clinical and financial outcomes for the practice. This transformation serves as a model for other allergy practices aiming to modernize their operations and improve patient care.
