This case study details the implementation of Momentus’ electronic signature integration at Alerus Center, located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Alerus Center, which hosts approximately 400 events annually, faced challenges with their lengthy contract signing process. Previously, the sales team would send clients a PDF contract that required printing, signing, scanning, and returning, followed by internal processing that included additional signatures and filing. Seeking a more efficient solution, Alerus Center adopted Momentus’ integration with DocuSign. This transition has allowed the sales team to sign contracts on the go, significantly reducing the time required to finalize agreements. The new system enables automatic reminders for clients, enhancing overall efficiency. Post-implementation, Alerus Center reported a reduction in the sales lifecycle by an average of three to five days, illustrating the effectiveness of the electronic signature solution in streamlining their contract processes.
