Scheduled for 2027 in Poland, the Jamboree will host around 40,000 participants from 176 countries, presenting significant logistical challenges. The case study outlines the key challenges faced by the organizing committee, including global coordination among volunteers from over 45 countries, risk and incident management for a large youth audience, and the need for a centralized information system. WeTrack was selected for its comprehensive project and risk management features, enabling the planning team to effectively manage tasks, assess risks, and track sustainability efforts. The document further explains the key features of WeTrack utilized by the team, such as project management tools, incident control center, and automated reporting. The results indicate improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and risk management since adopting WeTrack, highlighting its role in enhancing operational processes.
