Modernization of Venue Checks at Northampton Saints

This document is a case study detailing the modernization of venue checks processes at Franklin's Gardens, home to the Northampton Saints rugby club. The objective of the case study is to illustrate how WeTrack, an incident management software, enhanced the Operations Team's ability to manage pre-match checks and incident reporting. The previous manual systems were replaced with a digital application, which streamlined the recording and response processes. This transition resulted in significant time savings and improved clarity in addressing issues within the stadium. The case study outlines the operational improvements, including the completion of 4,638 venue checks, the review of 248 checklists, and the creation of 7 checklist templates. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of maintaining compliance with the Green Guide regulations in the U.K. The implementation of WeTrack has contributed to a safer and more efficient operational environment for both patrons and team members.
