Green Bonds and Climate Quantitative Methodology

This research article explores a quantitative method for analyzing green bonds, focusing on metrics such as Total Portfolio Footprinting, Implied Temperature Rise, and Climate Value-at-Risk. It highlights the importance of use-of-proceeds analysis and presents a case study of 18 green bonds issued by 14 companies, providing insights into their climate impact and risk. The article aims to enhance understanding of green bonds and their role in financing sustainable projects.
