This case study outlines the modernization of finance operations at Beaver Valley Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Beaver, Utah. The hospital faced challenges due to the unexpected sunset of its former ERP system, which necessitated a rapid replacement. The previous manual and paper-heavy accounts payable processes created bottlenecks and limited visibility.
