Palmetto CRA Digital Transformation Case Study

This case study details the transformation of the Palmetto Community Redevelopment Agency's operations through the implementation of Neighborly Software. The agency faced significant challenges due to a manual, paper-based system, which resulted in extreme processing delays and a lack of transparency. To address these issues, Palmetto CRA partnered with Neighborly Software to create a centralized digital platform that serves as a single source of truth for all program data. The implementation began in May 2025, focusing on four Tax Increment Financing programs.
