This case study details the collaboration between a Canadian manufacturer of natural gas technologies and NewStream Enterprises, LLC (NSE) to enhance supply chain management in the United States. Initially, the manufacturer managed all warehousing, kitting, and distribution services internally, resulting in an on-time delivery rate of only 65%.
