Reliable Infrastructure Management for Online Education

This case study outlines the partnership between a fully online public university and NexusTek, a managed service provider, to enhance IT infrastructure reliability. The university faced challenges in ensuring 24/7 access for online learners while freeing its internal IT team to focus on strategic initiatives and mitigating cybersecurity risks.
