This case study documents Turner & Townsend's implementation of the Nodes & Links platform to enhance the delivery of a critical data center project. The firm, recognized for its global program and construction management capabilities, faced challenges in efficiently tracking changes across project schedules, which was labor-intensive and time-consuming. The study outlines how the existing process required significant person-hours each month, hindering proactive risk management and project delivery. By adopting the Nodes & Links platform, Turner & Townsend improved their ability to quickly identify the impact of changes across various schedule versions, significantly reducing the time spent on analysis. The case study presents quantitative results, noting a substantial increase in efficiency and time savings, which allowed planners to focus on mitigating challenges and enhancing project outcomes. The findings illustrate the importance of effective change management in complex construction projects and the role of technology in facilitating this process.
