Intranet Development for Septeo CNEE

This case study outlines the development of a new intranet for Septeo CNEE, a leading provider of legal tech solutions. The project aimed to address challenges related to internal communication and knowledge management across multiple European locations. The existing communication structure was found to be inconsistent and not user-friendly, prompting a decision for a structural overhaul. The new intranet, named 'One.Connect', was built on novaCapta’s CORE solution using SharePoint Online. The project emphasized intuitive navigation and a clear organizational structure, allowing employees to easily access information. Key features include a centralized homepage for announcements, a people search function, and a robust access control system. The intranet supports multilingual use and is designed to adapt to future growth. As a result, 'One.Connect' has become integral to daily operations, improving information accessibility and coordination among employees.
