Migration to Microsoft 365 Case Study

This case study details the migration of Lehmann&Voss&Co. KG to Microsoft 365, facilitated by novaCapta. The objective was to replace existing standalone tools and create a modern digital workplace for all employees. The project was executed in two phases, focusing first on conceptualization and strategic consulting, followed by the migration and rollout of the M365 platform globally. The migration included chat, conferencing, telephony, and email services, transitioning from a hybrid solution to a fully cloud-based environment. A proof-of-concept validated the platform's functionalities and the business case. Change communication played a crucial role in empowering employees to utilize M365 effectively. A dedicated landing page in SharePoint was created for knowledge transfer, along with department-specific use cases developed during workshops. Knowledge multipliers were appointed within departments to facilitate ongoing training and support, fostering an internal community for knowledge exchange. The project was completed on time and within budget, highlighting effective collaboration and project management.
