Resident Experience Analysis Using AI Insights

This document is a technical report that presents the findings from the NovaceneAI Resident Experience Platform, which analyzes Google Reviews to enhance resident experiences for apartment property owners and managers. The report outlines the challenges faced in collecting and interpreting Google Reviews and introduces a structured approach to address these issues. The analysis focuses on a fictional real estate investment trust, CityScape, and its three properties: Riverside Gardens, Harborfront Heights, and Summit Ridge Residences. The report details the creation of a Resident Experience Index, which identifies key drivers of resident experience, specifically in maintenance, leasing, and customer service. The findings include sentiment analysis, with Riverside Gardens showing a net sentiment of +50.72, and highlights both positive and negative aspects of resident feedback.
