Cyber Threat Intelligence and Security Frameworks

This document is a technical report that outlines the resources and services provided by the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC) to support U.S. State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) governments in cyber threat prevention and response. It details the various benefits available to SLTTs, including cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity services, and access to a comprehensive cybersecurity framework. The report describes the types of cyber threat intelligence offered, such as alerts, advisories, and regular threat reports, as well as the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) services. Additionally, it presents the CIS SecureSuite membership, which provides tools for implementing critical security controls and best practices.
