This case study outlines the development and implementation of the Global Learn & Lead program by a multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products. The Learning and Development (L&D) team collaborated with a Learning Council to define four cornerstones of managerial roles: Attract, Support, Develop, and Engage. The program aims to provide a consistent global alignment on managerial expectations and development, transitioning from targeted leadership development to a scalable strategy for all 1,400 people managers. The program is designed to be flexible and accessible, meeting employee requests for engaging content that fits into their schedules. The NovoEd platform serves as the Learner Experience Technology Platform, facilitating social and collaborative learning. The company measures the program's impact through participant surveys and engagement metrics, with plans to expand participation to all managers by fiscal year 2021.
