This case study outlines the Kraft Heinz Company's approach to learning and development (L&D) through its Ownerversity platform. Launched in 2017, Ownerversity is an online corporate university designed to align with the company's culture of meritocracy and ownership. The L&D team was tasked with creating a new organization to foster a vibrant learning culture that meets business needs. The platform offers a variety of academies focused on functional skill-building and leadership training. Since partnering with NovoEd, Kraft Heinz has successfully launched over 20 courses, including onboarding and marketing fundamentals, reaching over 7,000 learners in eight languages. The case study details the integration of the learning platform with business functions and the emphasis on continuous improvement methodologies, such as PDCA Basics. The success of the program is measured through completion rates and satisfaction scores, indicating a positive response from participants and a commitment to ongoing growth and career progression.
