Implementation of Microsoft Copilot at MASORANGE

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of Microsoft’s Copilot solution at MASORANGE, a leading telecommunications operator in Spain. The project aimed to train users on the Copilot tool, identify tasks where it adds value, and evaluate its impact on the organization. The integration of M365 Copilot, a Generative AI tool, was designed to enhance the management of everyday tasks such as summarizing emails and creating presentations. The outcomes of the project included an average time savings of approximately 55% for specific tasks, equating to about 3 hours saved per employee each month. The overall adoption rate among employees reached 80%, and the return on investment exceeded 100%. The case study highlights the significance of generative AI in optimizing employee productivity and fostering a new organizational culture focused on efficiency and collaboration. It also emphasizes the role of NTT DATA as a strategic partner in this innovative project.
