This case study details the successful migration of Mystifly's workloads from Microsoft Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by NTT DATA. The objective was to enhance operational efficiency and align the infrastructure with regulatory requirements. The migration process was completed within three months, ensuring minimal disruptions and zero errors. Key components of the migration included the implementation of cloud governance, FinOps practices, and observability. NTT DATA utilized a comprehensive strategy that involved secure routing of external user requests, advanced threat detection, and optimized application layers using managed instance groups and microservices on Google Kubernetes Engine. Additionally, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) was established for secure database migration, and compliance management was centralized using Sprinto. The migration resulted in significant cost reductions and improved operational standards, earning recognition from both Google and Mystifly’s leadership for its flawless execution.
