This case study details Yapi Kredi's implementation of a unified endpoint management (UEM) solution to enhance its mobile banking services in Türkiye. The bank, which has a workforce of 9,500 employees utilizing various devices, faced challenges in managing corporate-owned and BYOD devices securely and efficiently. The existing mobile device management (MDM) solution was inadequate, lacking support for essential security protocols. Consequently, Yapi Kredi adopted Workspace ONE UEM, which provided a unified platform for managing iPads, Macs, Android, and Windows devices. The deployment process was methodical, allowing for troubleshooting before scaling up, which resulted in improved device management and security compliance. The integration of Omnissa Intelligence further enhanced the bank's ability to monitor device performance and ensure compliance. The case study highlights the benefits of the new UEM solution, including the activation of multi-factor authentication across all devices and improved operational efficiency, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and security.
