This document is a case study detailing the challenges and solutions faced by Prosper Independent School District in managing technology expansion and help desk efficiency. The district, located in Prosper, TX, has experienced significant growth, with a 106% rise in student population over the past five years. The existing software systems used for asset management and help desk support were limited in customization and lacked integration, leading to increased workload and stress for the technology team. To address these issues, Prosper ISD sought a new vendor that could provide a customizable and integrated solution.
