Adrian's Journey to Compliance Engineer

This case study documents the career transition of Adrian, who moved from a maintenance handyman role in London to becoming a Trainee Compliance Engineer at OpenView. After ten years in a prestigious office building, Adrian faced rising living costs and sought a more stable career for his family.
